David Rosenbaum

I am a full-time Senior Lecturer in Management at the Sydney City School of Business. In August 2019 I was recognised as a Senior Fellow of Advance Higher Education Academy by demonstrating my commitment to teaching, learning and enhancing the overall student experience with a focus on engagement. Senior Fellowship reflects my commitment to education. It is a status which is both valued and recognised by international higher education institutions. I received my PhD from Macquarie University with my thesis entitled "The enduring challenge of change management - New perspectives from nonprofit healthcare practice". I have published widely on this topic, having also presented both domestically and internationally.My ongoing academic research interests include the following: Researching the implications of the National Disability Insurance Scheme on nonprofit disability service providers from a change management perspective, and Researching the impact of gender on change management leadership in the nonprofit sector. I hold formal qualifications in Accounting and Management, am a Fellow of CPA Australia and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. In August 2019 I was awarded the 2019 Emerald Literati Award for Outstanding Paper, for my article entitled "Planned organisational change management - forward to the past?An exploratory literature review" published in the Journal of Organizational Change Management.
