Natasha Mikitas
Natasha is a primary prevention educator and Training Manager for Rape & Domestic Violence Services Australia. Natasha coordinated the successful development and implementation of R&DVSA’s Higher Degree Research Program, piloting it with one of Australia’s leading Universities. She is a passionate advocate for vicarious trauma management and research, having delivered many workshops and conference presentations for frontline staff and trauma workers all around Australia. Natasha is especially interested in working with regional organisations to better support their staff, as well as organisations working within the judicial and corrections systems.
