Dipu Sebastian

Associate Professor Dipu Sebastian is a highly experienced executive, leader, consultant and academic and has held a number of senior management positions in academia and industry. He is currently an Associate Dean at Torrens University Australia (TUA) where he leads a team of Program Directors in the Business and Hospitality Faculty. Prior to his current appointment with TUA, Dipu has worked in academic management positions with both public and private providers in Australia. These include Study Group, Navitas, Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and Southern Cross University. Dipu is an external Academic Board member of Christian Heritage College and has previously consulted with a number of higher education providers, global companies and international government agencies such as the German Agency for Technical Cooperation (GTZ). He was the director of the largest international student recruitment company in South Asia with a network of over 60 offices across nine countries. Dipu's qualifications include a PhD (Deakin University), MBA (QUT), MEd (Griffith) and a BS (Christ University). He is a Certified Professional of the Australian Computing Society (ACS), Certified Marketing Practitioner of Australian Marketing Institute (AMI), Certified Leadership Professional of the Australian Graduate School of Leadership and has a Fellowship of the Australian Institute of Management.
