Leo Billington
Initially, Leo worked in local and regional business development across Gippsland, particularly while employed with Latrobe City Council for 13 years.
This work focussed on assisting SME’s providing expertise in business planning, preparing action plans, marketing plans and writing about local enterprises.
Over the past 20 years, Leo has mentored SME’s throughout Gippsland.
Eight years ago, Leo joined Holmesglen Institute as a sessional lecturer in Marketing and Management.
Aside from lecturing, Leo has been a freelance writer for 11 years, being a regular contributor to the Gippsland Country Living magazine.
For over 13 years, with his colleague Robyn Neeson, Leo has published and presented research at Australian and International conferences focussing on small business managers and their business practices.
