Stephen Linquist
Dr Stephen Linquist is a Lecturer in Academic Development at the University of Tasmania. In this role, he is presently serving as the product owner in an institutionally supported project focused on the development of an online application to facilitate outcomes-based curriculum design. He has worked in a variety of academic/educational development roles in higher education and vocational education contexts since 2007 at Victoria University, Federation University (formerly University of Ballarat) and at the University of Tasmania. Prior to moving into the field of academic development he taught predominantly in Visual Design programs in Secondary Schools, VET and Higher Education. He recently completed a PhD thesis which was a deconstructive auto-ethnography exploring how academic development pedagogy is governed by individual developer's momentary and situated conceptions of agency.
